Characteristics:
Silver Through Hole (STH) is a technology with process clean, low cost, reliable performance to produce double sided PCB.
Compared with Plated Through Hole (PTH) Double sides PCB, during manufacture process, it’s water consumption and waste water discharge are decreased by 80%, power consumption is saved by 50%, COD is lowered by 30%. That is why Electrolux, Microsoft, Sony, BOSCH etc. make their effort to apply STH PCB in Power Supply, Home appliance, Automobile, Telecommunication and so on.
By choose low cost material and shorten process steps, STH PCB can achieve 20% low in cost.

(1) Resistance per single hole: ≤ 50mΩ；
(2) Current Capacity : ≤ 1.0 A；
(3) Surge Current Capacity : 3.0 A；
(4) Insulation resistance between STH holes: ≥ 1x108Ω。
